You can hold your order for up to 14 days following the date of purchase before the order goes into production. This allows you to:
- Confirm or update your measurements
- Visit a showroom to select your preferred customizations in person and confirm fabric choice
Here is how and why your order may be placed on hold:
If no measurements saved:
Your order can't go into production without your measurements, so it will remain on hold for up to 14 days or until measurements have been submitted.
Once you input your measurements, your order will be removed from its hold status and will start preparing for production. We recommend you are 100% satisfied with your choices before submitting your measurements.
If measurements saved:
If you already have a measurement profile but need extra time to confirm your customizations or update your measurements, leave the customizations incomplete when you place your order. It will automatically be put on hold pending customization for up to 14 days.
Once you submit your customizations, your order will begin processing. We recommend you are 100% satisfied with your choices before finalizing your order.
