In order for us to make your garment, you need to have a measurement profile and select your garment customizations. You have 14 days after you purchase to add your measurements and complete your order, either online or in your showroom.
Why 14 days?
Fabric stocks can go out of stock quickly depending on the sale. We know not everyone can buy now and make it to a showroom right away to have measurements taken or look at fabrics.
What happens after 14 days?
After 14 days, your order will be cancelled and converted into store credit, which will be emailed to you. INDOCHINO will email you two reminders before we cancel your order and email your store credit code.
What if I already have my measurements on file and either want to update them or check out fabrics in the showroom?
Place your order but do not complete your customizations. Visit the showroom within the 14 day period and inform your Style Guide during your appointment.
