There are a few reasons your order may be on hold; some of them can be resolve by you and others require the assistance of our Customer Experience Team.
Holds You Can Resolve
- Missing measurements
- Missing customizations
- Held upon request
To release the hold from an order that is pending measurements and/or customizations, please complete and save your measurements and/or customizations. This should release the hold automatically. If you encounter any errors during this process, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
If you requested your order to be placed on hold before heading into production, please contact our Customer Experience Team to have the hold released.
Holds That Require Assistance
There are many reasons why your order might have been held by our system on its way to production, and the majority of these holds are resolved within 1 business day by our operations team and don't require any assistance from you.
