If you have ordered with INDOCHINO previously, your measurements are stored on your account and will be applied to any new orders you place. If you need updates made to your existing measurements, we require you to make them through our Customer Experience or Showroom team, so that we can guide you to measurement points that correspond with our patterns.
If you would like to place an order to take advantage of a current promotion and need to update your measurements:
- Place your order without customizing the items being purchased. This will place your order on a temporary hold and prevent it from going into production.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org, from the email address used to place your order, or connect with us on chat to notify INDOCHINO that you would like to update your measurements
Please note: any orders without completed customizations or measurements will be cancelled for store credit after 15 days without contact from the customer.
Minor adjustments needed to your fit profile?
Email email@example.com with your desired measurement changes, in a +/- format, based on your most recent INDOCHINO garments.
Example: increase pant length by +1”
Significant adjustment needed to your fit profile?
Significant changes to your measurement profile would be required for any considerable change to your body shape.
We suggest visiting your local showroom to be remeasured. Please book the soonest ‘I need my measurements taken’ appointment and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your appointment date so we can note it on your order and extend your hold period.
If you are not near one of our showrooms, please indicate in your email to email@example.com that you require significant changes to your fit profile and one of our Customer Experience agents will discuss the next best steps with you to update your fit profile.
Please note: If your order goes into production before you notify INDOCHIINO that you need update your measurement profile, we are unable to cancel your order as per our Terms and Conditions . We will be unable to make any measurement changes to your fit profile until your order is completed and delivered.
