You can find your alteration claim time in two places:
- In the email titled 'How's everything fit?' sent shortly after your garments have shipped
- In your 'Order History' on Indochino.com

Click 'My Account' then 'Order History':
Find the order in your order history and click on it:
You should be able to see the claim date underneath the ship date:
