Payment of all duties and taxes outside of Canada, USA, and Australia are the responsibility of the customer. Remake orders may also be subject to duties and taxes in your country. Customers frequently find the duties and taxes too high and are unwilling to pay the fee. If a customer refuses to pay the owing duties and taxes, we are unable to refund them due to the nature of made to measure garments.
