Our showrooms can assist with any fit-related concerns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep the swing tags attached to your garments and visit your local showroom within the 14-day timeframe by scheduling a Final Look appointment.
Alterations
If you have any concerns about the fit or construction of your garment(s), you must visit your local showroom within 14 days of receipt. After this period, claims cannot be accepted. As each made-to-measure garment is uniquely made, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Returns
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of your INDOCHINO garments, we do not accept returns nor offer refunds.
I want to visit a showroom, but you don’t have any appointments within the 14-day claim period.

If you’re having trouble booking, feel free to contact your local showroom directly or reach out to our Customer Experience Team—we’ll be happy to book the appointment for you.
Garment Pick-Up
Once your alterations are completed at one of our showrooms, our team will reach out to you via email or telephone call directly to the email address or telephone number on the order. They will follow up at least once following initial notification, but we ask that alterations are picked up within 14 days of the alterations being complete.
If the garments remain in the showroom after 14 days, our team will reach out twice more, but if the garments are abandoned at the showroom for 30 days, we will no longer be able to hold the items and they will be disposed of or donated at INDOCHINO's discretion as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
I don’t live close to an INDOCHINO showroom. What options do I have?
If you aren’t located near a showroom, you can visit a local tailor of your choice and submit your receipt for reimbursement (see the reimbursement allowances table below).
To begin the process, contact our Customer Experience Team within 14 days of receiving your garments to open a claim. You’ll then receive a deadline for submitting your receipt. You can submit your receipt and tailor’s form here.
Please ensure your receipt is itemized and includes the business name, address, and date. Fully handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
How much does INDOCHINO reimburse for local alterations?
INDOCHINO will reimburse up to $75 for alterations to online orders in the USA or Canada and $100 in Australia. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.

* We can only accept alterations claims for purchases made directly through INDOCHINO in Canada, the United States, and Australia. Orders purchased at Nordstrom are not eligible for alterations reimbursement.
Before proceeding with alterations, please ensure your tailor is confident they can complete the necessary work within the allotted amount. If they cannot, do not proceed—contact us to discuss an alternative.
