If your garments arrive and they don't seem to fit quite right, we're happy to work with you to provide alterations when necessary. Contact our Customer Experience team and we will guide you through the process.
Return Policy
- Please note that we do not offer refunds as each garment is based on your account's measurements and customizations selected at check-out.
- If there is any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 14 days after receiving your order for assistance. Alternatively, you can bring the garment to any of our Showrooms.
- Once you have contacted our Customer Experience team within 14 days of the garment's arrival, we will be able to assist with alterations as outlined by the Fit Help page.
