Every INDOCHINO purchase is backed by our Fit Promise. If your order does not fit how you like, let us know and we will make it right. Contact our Customer Experience team and we will guide you through the process.
- Please note that we don’t offer refunds as each garment is based on your measurements and customizations. If there's any issue related to the quality or fabrication of your garments, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance. Alternatively, you can bring the garment to any of our Showrooms.
- If there is an issue with your garments, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.
- If a return is given, it is at the sole discretion of INDOCHINO and will be reimbursed in the form of an INDOCHINO Gift Card.
- INDOCHINO will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition with the tags still on and the vents fully stitched.
- INDOCHINO has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
- INDOCHINO will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
- Any items returned to INDOCHINO that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
- If your items were purchased with a Gift Card, the card will be reloaded before another Gift Card will be issued.
