If you have purchased online and don't have access to one of our showrooms, we can still help. Please submit your itemized receipt and alterations form by your fit claim deadline. We will reimburse you in the original method of payment used to purchase your order. Please note that if you purchased with a gift card, your alterations will be reimbursed in the form of an INDOCHINO gift card.
- If you purchased at one of our showrooms, please book a final look appointment so our in-house tailors can take care of your alterations.
- We are also not able to reimburse for alterations if you purchased through a Nordstrom INDOCHINO location. In these cases, please return to your Nordstrom INDOCHINO for alterations by booking a final look appointment, and the team there will be able to resolve any fit concerns you may have.
